License Terms

Key Terms (Summary — full NDA provided upon agreement)

NDA Required: All source code access is under a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.
No Redistribution: Source code may not be shared, published, open-sourced, or redistributed in any form.
Internal Use Only: Modifications are for your organization's internal use. You may not sell or sublicense derivative works.
Named Users: Up to 5 named developers per license. Additional seats available at $50/mo each.
Cancellation: 30-day notice. Upon cancellation, all source code copies must be destroyed and certified in writing.
IP Ownership: IAMVC Holdings, LLC retains all intellectual property rights. Your modifications are yours, but the underlying code remains ours.
Updates Included: All updates during your subscription are included. After cancellation, you may continue using the last version received (binary only).

Can I share the source with my team?

Yes, up to 5 named developers included in the base license. Each additional developer is $50/month. All must be employees of your organization.

Can I use the source to build a competing product?

No. The license explicitly prohibits creating derivative products for sale or distribution. Internal use and modifications only.

What happens if I cancel?

You lose access to the Git repository and must destroy all source code copies. You may continue using the last compiled binary version you received.

Do you offer annual billing?

Is the License API source included?
