The terms governing your use of ProxyStack, SentinelAI, and related IAMVC Holdings, LLC services.

By accessing or using any product or service provided by IAMVC Holdings, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), including ProxyStack, SentinelAI, and associated websites (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
IAMVC Holdings, LLC provides the following products:
Services may be offered in multiple tiers (Community/Free, Pro, Enterprise) with varying feature sets and usage limits as described on our pricing pages.
Some features require account registration. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for more than 12 months.
The Community/Free tier is available at no cost with limited features and usage caps as described on our pricing pages.
Paid subscriptions (Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase or upgrade. After 14 days, no refunds are provided, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
License keys are personal and non-transferable. Each key is bound to a single machine upon activation. Sharing, selling, or distributing license keys is prohibited and will result in immediate revocation.

All content, software, code, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Services are owned by IAMVC Holdings, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with your subscription tier. This license does not include any right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of any data you input into the Services. We do not claim ownership of your configuration files, certificates, secrets, or other user data.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.
ProxyStack is a locally-installed application and operates independently of our servers. SentinelAI's cloud features depend on server availability.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. Security tools (WAF, Scanner, OWASP compliance, etc.) are provided as aids and do not guarantee protection against all threats.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IAMVC Holdings, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IAMVC Holdings, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination:
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IAMVC Holdings, LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our websites at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
