The license terms for ProxyStack and SentinelAI software products.

IMPORTANT: BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, IAMVC Holdings, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Each License Key is bound to a specific Machine upon first activation using a hardware identifier (HWID). You may deactivate and reactivate on a different Machine through the customer portal. Simultaneous use on multiple Machines beyond your Tier limit is prohibited.
You may NOT:
ProxyStack is installed locally on your Machine. Your configuration files, certificates, secrets, and logs remain under your control on your local file system.
ProxyStack includes the following third-party components under their own licenses:

These components are subject to their respective licenses. Your use of ProxyStack does not grant you any rights to these components beyond what their licenses permit.
ProxyStack includes an auto-update feature that checks for new versions. Updates are downloaded with SHA256 checksum verification. You may disable update checks. Installing an update constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA if terms have changed.
Apache configurations, SSL certificates, and other files generated by ProxyStack are your property. This EULA does not restrict your use of generated output files.
The SentinelAI agent software is installed on endpoints you manage. You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to install monitoring software on those endpoints. The agent collects security telemetry (process, network, file, registry events) and transmits it to the SentinelAI server.
SentinelAI's dashboard, API, and ML analysis features are cloud-hosted services. Availability is subject to our infrastructure and is not guaranteed. See our Terms of Service for service level details.
The number of agents you may register is determined by your Tier (Free: 1, Pro: 5, Enterprise: 100). Exceeding your agent limit requires upgrading your Tier.
Security events collected by agents are stored on our servers for the retention period specified in your Tier. You may export your data at any time through the dashboard or API.
Paid Tiers require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. If your subscription lapses:
The Software, including all code, algorithms, designs, user interfaces, documentation, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of IAMVC Holdings, LLC. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The ML models, threat detection algorithms, and security analysis logic in SentinelAI are trade secrets of IAMVC Holdings, LLC. Any attempt to extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer these components is strictly prohibited.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IAMVC Holdings, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Security tools are aids, not guarantees. You are responsible for your own security posture.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IAMVC Holdings, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you:
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IAMVC Holdings, LLC operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
This EULA, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and IAMVC Holdings, LLC regarding the Software. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
