Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new ProxyStack and SentinelAI subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise tiers) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may request a full refund within this period.

• The guarantee applies to the first payment only on new subscriptions.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe.
• Upon refund, your license key will be revoked and your account will revert to the Community (free) edition.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period.
• Your license key will expire at the end of the paid period, and ProxyStack will revert to Community edition with a 30-day grace period.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase. After the 14-day window:

• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the annual term.
• You may cancel to prevent renewal at the end of the annual period.
• If you experience a significant service disruption, contact us to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in the following circumstances:

• Abuse: Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
• Violation of Terms: If your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or EULA.
• Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to deny future refund requests and suspend your account.

5. How to Request a Refund

2. Your license key (if available).
3. The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve).

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Free Tier & Trials

The Community (free) edition of ProxyStack and the Free tier of SentinelAI do not involve any payment and are therefore not subject to this refund policy. The 14-day Pro trial included with ProxyStack is free and does not require payment information.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
